How you DOin’?

Hello, my name is David Ostrovski, and I’m a graphic designer who is all about commitment, dedication, and DOing the work. I recently graduated from Rutgers University-Newark and received my B.F.A major in graphic design specialization, as well as a minor in art history. I want to challenge myself with new tools in the graphic design field. I strive to learn about visual language within brand identity, such as logo design, color palettes, and the typography accompanying the overall identity of the brand. Additionally, I want to take on harder challenges that are considered to be high-risk, high-reward factors. I want to show myself and other designers that I can be committed to and maintain a positive attitude toward graphic design. The approach that I’d take is asking these questions: “What is the work?” and “How can I overcome the projects that I’m working on?”

Interesting Facts about me!

  1. I love learning new tools when it comes to graphic design and art in general.

  2. I am bilingual. I speak both English and Russian due to my ethnic background.

  3. I have a love of cars. Specifically, the JDM cars such as the Toyota Supra MK 4 and the Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R.

  4. I love going on roller coasters. One of my favorites is Kingda Ka (sadly closed permanently) and the Veloicoaster at Universal Islands of Adventure in Orlando, Florida.
