Newark City Parks Foundation

Newark City Parks Foundation (NCPF) is a public park organization that operates five unique parks in the city of Newark. Established in April 2021 by Newark's Mayor Ras J. Baraka, these five parks include Harriet Tubman Square, Lincoln Park, Military Park, Mulberry Commons, and Riverfront Park. The objective for NCPF is to bring diversity and inclusivity to the community for everyone to enjoy. Additionally, NCPF's five parks have their own individual history for students, artists, and longtime Newark residents can reflect on and teach future generations. The overall branding design of NCPF's five parks tells the story of the statue, monuments, and colors as a reflection of Newark's history.
